Home      Dental Fee

Our practice accepts most major credit cards and insurance plans.

Our fees and those of most insurance companies are based directly on the British Columbia Dental Association fee guide. Our office staff is always available to help you with insurance claims and paperwork.  However, each company has its own variation of the guide and its own set of rules as to what is covered and what is not. We will try to help you to understand your insurance plan according to your dental needs. Please be aware that due to the new privacy laws, your insurance company may not be willing to provide us with information about your plan. In this situation your cooperation to get insurance information is very important. If you receive information from your insurance company after having us submit a treatment estimate to them, please forward this information to us. In some cases a carrier may not cover the entire cost of a treatment. It is best to determine this before a treatment is carried out so that you can arrange for the supplementary payment. Ultimately you are responsible for any fee your insurance company does not cover.

Please let us know if you have any questions about your insurance coverage, and let us know how we can help to make your entire dental experience a pleasant one.

Please make financial arrangements with us, if necessary, before we start any major dental treatment . Please ask a member of our staff, and we will review our payment options to accommodate your financial needs.

The following options are available in our office:

Payment at each appointment by cash,  MasterCard, Visa or direct payment card
